Step 1:
Click "make a payment" at the top right of this page.
Step 2:
Search for Your Account
Enter your utility account number and the last name listed on your utility account. Business customers may enter any word from the business name. Then, click “Search for Account” in the lower-right corner.
Step 3:
Create Your Account
The payment system now requires all customers to create a user account.
Click “Sign Up” to begin setting up your new UtiliPay account.
Step 4:
Complete the Registration Form
Fill out the registration form and create a password. Use your Village of Donnellson utility account number as your username. After completing all required fields and the reCAPTCHA, click “Sign Up.”
